  2. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion. for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a confirmed order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

4. Orders & Payment

  1. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline.
  2. Full payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on our Site at checkout.
  3. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Pairo is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  4. Order cancellations may only be requested before the order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

5. Shipping & Delivery

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their local authorities.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 32 days of delivery, strictly for items that are damaged, defective, or affected by a genuine size mismatch. Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
