At Pairo, we want you to love everything you buy. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help , please read through our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

32 Day Return Window

You must report any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery. Once reported, you may request and send your return within 32 days of receiving your order. Requests or reports made after these windows cannot be accepted.

What Is Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

  1. The product arrived damaged or defective (clear photos showing the damage, along with the original tags, are required).
  2. There is a genuine size mismatch , meaning the size you ordered does not match the size of the product you actually received.

Please note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for a simple change of mind. If you no longer want the item but it was received correctly, in good condition, and matching the size you ordered, it does not qualify for return or exchange.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders and personalized/bespoke pieces are final sale , they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us through our Contact Page within the return window.

2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the issue (damage or size discrepancy), and a brief description of the problem.

3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

While we proudly offer free shipping worldwide on all outgoing orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you need to send a product back for a return or exchange, the shipping cost for sending it back to us will be paid by the customer.
