At Pairo, we want everything you buy to reach you as smoothly as possible, wherever you are in the world. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver your order.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Every order from Pairo ships free, anywhere in the world, no exceptions, no minimum spend required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; there are no separate shipping charges added on top.

No Surprise Costs

We believe in transparent pricing. The total shown at checkout is the full and final cost of your order, this includes shipping, with no hidden fees added later in the process. What you see is what you pay.

(Note: depending on your destination country, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes outside of our control. If applicable, these will be shown and collected at checkout, and you will be responsible for paying this amount. However, if any additional taxes or charges are levied by customs or local authorities after your order has been dispatched or upon delivery, Pairo will cover those costs on your behalf.)

Processing & Delivery Time

1. Orders are carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packaged before being handed to our shipping partners.
2. Standard delivery time is 15 working days from the date your order is placed.
3. Delivery windows are estimates. Occasionally, factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays, may extend delivery slightly beyond this window.
4. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your tracking hasn't updated within working 5 days of pickup, feel free to reach out to us through our Contact Page and our team will look into it for you.

International Orders

Pairo ships to customers worldwide. While we cover the cost of shipping, please note:

1. Some countries may apply customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival, depending on local regulations. Where this applies, the estimated amount will be displayed at checkout, and you will need to pay it as part of your order total.
2. If any extra taxes or charges arise at the time of delivery beyond what was shown at checkout, Pairo will pay these on your behalf, you won't be asked to cover any surprise costs after your order has shipped.
3. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you'd like a more detailed estimate of any charges that may apply before your order arrives.
4. International tracking updates may take slightly longer than domestic shipments due to customs processing.
